Thanks to your support, I am able to pursue my passions and further my studies without worrying about my school fees.<\/p>\n<p>A little about me &#8211; I came to Canada at the age of two from South Korea and have lived in<br \/>\nVancouver with my family ever since! I discovered my passion for mental health and psychology during high school, while working as a youth activist in the social justice sphere. Since then, I have volunteered in mental healthorganizationssuch as Vancouver<br \/>\nCoastal Health and Coast Mental Health, to help start my path to a career that combines\u00a0both community and mental health care.<\/p>\n<p>It is again thanks to your generosity that I can continue to follow my dream, as this scholarship not only lessens my financial burden but also continues to motivate\u00a0me\u00a0to work\u00a0hard for my Korean-Canadian community.<\/p>\n<p>I hope to one day be ableto help students achieve their goals just as you have helped me.
